These terms apply to everyone who enrols in a course or buys a resource from us.
Enrolment
A seat is confirmed once payment is verified and our team has spoken with you. Batch dates and times are published before you pay and we will tell you directly if they change.
What we promise
We promise the classes, mentor support, materials and facilities described on the course page. We do not promise income, employment, or any particular outcome, and we will never claim to.
Your responsibilities
Course materials, recordings and resources are for your personal learning. Sharing account access or redistributing materials ends your enrolment without refund.
Certificates
Certificates are issued on meeting the published completion requirements. A Freelance Academy certificate is a completion credential awarded by us; it is not a government or university qualification.
