We would rather you were on the right course than keep a fee for the wrong one.
Before the batch starts
Cancel more than seven days before your batch start date for a full refund. Cancel within seven days and we retain the booking amount to cover the held seat.
After the batch starts
Once classes begin, fees are non-refundable, because your seat, materials and mentor time are already committed. If you cannot continue, contact us - we will usually move you to a later batch at no extra cost.
Recorded courses and resources
Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, because we cannot take them back. Contact us before downloading if you are unsure.
How to request a refund
Email or call us with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
